Our grain dryers feature advanced airflow distribution systems that ensure uniform drying across the entire grain bed. Multiple airflow zones can be independently controlled to accommodate different grain types and moisture levels, preventing over-drying or under-drying of any portion of the grain batch.

Precise temperature management is critical for grain quality. Our systems feature multi-zone temperature control with safety limits to prevent heat damage. The gentle, low-temperature drying process preserves grain quality, nutritional value, and germination rates.

Integrated moisture sensors continuously monitor grain moisture content throughout the drying process. The automated control system adjusts drying parameters in real-time to achieve target moisture levels, typically within ±0.5% of the set point.

Flexible heat source configuration allows you to choose the most economical option for your facility: natural gas, propane, steam, electric heating, or biomass. Each system is optimized for maximum efficiency with your chosen energy source.

Customizable capacity from small-scale operations (5-10 tons/hour) to large commercial facilities (50+ tons/hour). Multiple configurations available including batch dryers, continuous flow dryers, and mixed-flow systems to match your specific requirements.
