Sorghum Dryer Machine Exported to Nigeria for Efficient Grain Processing
On March 13, 2025, a five-layer mesh belt sorghum dryer machine, independently developed and manufactured by Jinlu Machinery, was officially shipped to Nigeria. The equipment is designed for large-scale industrial grain drying and aims to significantly improve drying efficiency, product quality, and grain storage safety.
This project represents another successful application of advanced grain drying equipment in the African market, supporting local agricultural modernization and food security.
Industrial Design for Large-Scale Grain Drying
The delivered sorghum dryer machine features a 12-meter effective drying length and a width of 2.3 meters. It adopts a five-layer continuous mesh belt structure, which is specially designed for high-capacity grain processing.
This structure allows:

- Efficient use of production space
- Uniform drying of sorghum and similar grains
The system is ideal for industrial-scale drying applications where stability and throughput are critical.
Adapted to African Conditions with Energy-Saving Performance
To meet the actual production and energy conditions in Africa, the mesh belt grain dryer is equipped with a multi-layer material distribution system and an optimized hot air circulation system. These features ensure stable drying performance and high energy efficiency.
The sorghum dryer machine also supports flexible fuel configurations, allowing it to adapt to local energy supply conditions. This reduces reliance on stable electricity and lowers daily operating costs, making it especially suitable for regions with limited power infrastructure.
Precise Moisture Control for Safe Grain Storage
In response to Nigeria’s rainy climate and the challenges of traditional sun drying, this grain drying equipment is equipped with a 40–80°C adjustable temperature control system and uniform airflow distribution.
These technologies enable the sorghum dryer machine to:
